Amarillo Not Forcing Water Limits, But Asking Residents To Be Mindful

There has been much discussion in the Amarillo Area on whether or not we should mandate water consumption due to the extreme heat and drought.
"The same people that haven't heard the message yet aren't going to get the message this way either," Lilia Escajeda said.
