Early Sunday morning a vehicle crashed into a North Amarillo home.

The incident happened around 2am.  Alcohol and speed were contributing factors in the accident.  A 2002 Ford Taurus station wagon crashed into a home in the 3600 block of Northeast 10th.  The vehicle also struck a fence and ran into a shed.

Two passengers in the vehicle were injured and taken to the hospital.  One was listed in life threatening condition but their condition has improved and are now listed as stable.  The other passenger has been released from the hospital.

The driver, 32-year-old Jeni Rurangwa was booked into Potter County for intoxicated assault.
