There's nothing like popping the question and letting the whole world see it go down from your point of view. That's exactly what happened for one man who decided to propose to his girlfriend while he wearing Google Glasses.

Who's ready for some tears? Oh, good! Every year, Google holds an annual "Doodle 4 Google" contest, in which they ask students (from kindergarten through grade 12) to submit drawings based on a specific theme. This year's theme was "My Best Day Ever," and it's hard to imagine one more deserving of that title than this.

In April, Google announced to the world Project Glass, augmented reality goggles that use Google maps, GPS technology, gyroscopes, powerful mini-processors and voice recognition software to keep the wearer connected to the internet completely hands-free. Now this science fiction-like technology is available to buy. Sort of.

Like Apple and Microsoft, I presume Google has plenty of revenue streams and plenty of money.  They don't see it that way.  The next time you call someone with a Google phone you might hear an advertisement instead of a ring-back tone.

Google is so confident their Chrome browser is safe from your hacking attack they are offering up to $1 million dollars for anyone able to hack it.  They've got cash prizes for Mozilla.  And yes you can pick on Internet Explorer for cash too but there really is no fun shooting fish in a barrel.
