Spacewalks are funny things.  You're outside the confines of your space shuttle in your own little encapsulation with no way to clean your eyes.

The space shuttle Endeavor is having a near flawless mission on it's final jaunt into space.

But earlier today a space walk was almost aborted because one of the astronauts got soap in his eye.

It's all because they coat the inside of their helmet with dish washing soap, using it as an anti-fog agent.

This is all fine and dandy until the coating starts to flake.  With little gravity involved the flakes just float around the suit looking for an eye to get into.

Luckily the astronaut was able to get some relief by engaging a device used for itchy eats.  I didn't know such device existed.
