Man Locks Dogs In Hot Car Then Resists Citizen’s Arrest

You wouldn't lock this loveable pooch in your car would you?  A guy in Sacramento did.

Imagine having not one but two small dogs in your SUV and it's time for a quick snack.  Do you head home or stop at the grocery store.  Toss in over 90 degrees temperatures and you've got a recipe for disaster.  Or at least a citizens arrest.

When the dog's owner returned from buying milk and a submarine sandwich he found a couple ready to take exception with him for leaving the pups in the car.

That's where stories change with the owner claiming he did nothing wrong and the arresting citizens claiming assault.
