“Texas, The Musical” Hosting Variety Show Benefit For Trueblood Tonight
The incident in Palo Duro Canyon on Friday has affected us all. The death of 21-year-old Peyton Trueblood is especially devastating to her family. Here's how you can help.
The cast and crew of Texas host a variety show once a season at West Texas A&M. That show is tonight at 7pm. There will also be a silent auction preceding the show.
All proceeds from the variety show and the silent auction will be donated to Trueblood's family. The Tuscaloosa, Alabama native was working as a stage manager for the production when the tragedy occurred Friday evening.
News Talk 940 encourages you to team up with Texas and our community as we attempt to honor the memory of Youngblood as much as is possible.
If you cannot attend the show tonight and would like to help, contact the Texas offices at 806-655-2181. Any donation will be readily accepted and could go a long ways towards showing Truebloods family that she was an accepted and talented part of our community and will be missed.
The staff at News Talk 940 offers prayers and support to the entire cast, crew, and administrative staff of Texas the musical and we encourage you to do the same.
