This won’t come as a surprise to many Americans, but the problem of illegal robocalls — recorded messages which are used to sell everything from mortgage relief to extended car warranties — is getting worse, according to the Federal Trade Commission. In fact, complaints have more than doubled in the past two years.

Ever since Mitt Romney all but wrapped up the GOP nomination earlier this year he and Barack Obama have been firing political salvos at each other. But despite tens of millions of dollars spent on attack ads by the Obama and Romney campaigns and their surrogates, the race appears to be a toss-up.

The Obama administration got an enormous victory on Thursday when the Supreme Court voted 5-4 to uphold the President’s signature achievement: the 2010 health care law. And in a surprise to many court watchers, it was Chief Justice John Roberts who sided with the more liberal justices and wrote the majority opinion.

According to most estimates, the 2012 presidential election will be the most expensive ever held. Much of that money goes to TV ads, which will air increasingly as we get closer to November. Do they really make a difference?

Was this just standard editing procedure for time constraints, or was this intentional in order to make Mitt Romney Look Bad.
