Did NBC Edit Mitt Romney’s Speech To Make Him Look More Out Of Touch?

Was this just standard editing procedure for time constraints, or was this intentional in order to make Mitt Romney Look Bad.

Watch the video and you will see the video editing was done to only include the statements referring to the "WaWa", which makes you think that it might have just been edited to fit in a certain amount of time.

But, at the very end, there are comments that tell a different story. Many claim that NBC has left leaning programming and that Fox has right leaning programming, but where should a line be drawn. Should this be allowed by any media outlet, whether they lean one way or another?
