Vernon Mays and Danny Lumpkin have been designing wheelchairs for disabled kids for nearly 20 years.  Out of a love for helping these kids Wheelchair Donations International was created.  Wheelchairs from all over the U.S. are collected and refurbished.

The organization travels to other countries and evaluates the needs of kids and what kind of specific wheelchair they might need.  Then they return home and create the type of wheelchair or equipment that child might need then return and deliver it to them.

Danny recently traveled to Africa and determined the needs of over 100 kids.  He plans on returning in October to deliver the equipment to those children.

The cost of one custom wheel chair is $250
