There’s A 39% Percent Chance The Person Next To You On The Plane Doesn’t Want To Be There Either
The holidays are a big time for travel. There's no place like home and getting back there can be frustrating and arduous. You aren't alone in not wanting to be there.
According to a recently released survey, 39% of air travelers would prefer another mode of transportation, such as driving, a train or a bus. Why the decision to fly is made is another survey entirely but undoubtedly some decided they'd rather not fly long after the tickets were purchased. Probably sometime during the first pat-down, flying seemed like not such a good idea.
70% of travelers will check at least one bag. I go out of my way to avoid this. I've never had much confidence in my bag getting to where I'm going. Surely if they were going to lose a bag, it would be mine.
