The Erwin Pawn Tradio Show Going Hands Free
We bought. We sold. We wondered if you've gone hands free. It was another Saturday of selling the stuff you don't need to get the stuff you want on The Erwin Pawn Tradio Show.
It was the first show of 2013 and if it is any indicator we look to have another exciting year of buying, selling, trading and borrowing on The New 940 KIXZ. Hopefully you made some money or found that strange or obscure item you've been longing for.
THE BIG QUESTION
We ask all our callers a poll question before they give their items. Last week marked the beginning of the new cell phone while driving ordinance in Amarillo. That meant we had to know if you've gotten legal.
Are you hands free?
I didn't expect it to be split almost down the middle but there it was. Some of you are just asking to get that warning citation for violating the ordinance. Remember, starting in February violations will cost you $200.
We bring you the rules of the program every hour and I also bring you a special rule #6. This week instead of being humorous or witty I brought a serious rule with a simple request.
Coffee Memorial Blood Center held its annual M*A*S*H blood drive over the weekend. In 2010 I needed blood during my treatment for cancer. I got that blood from Coffee Memorial. Therefore I am a bit sensitive to the need for donors.
Rule #6 Donate blood at Coffee Memorial
The M*A*S*H blood drive may be over but they would still love to see you donate. And I would appreciate it too.
See you next Saturday for another Erwin Pawn Tradio Show.
