The Erwin Pawn Trade-A-Thon Prefers Hot Dogs

We had a memorable Erwin Pawn Trade-A-Thon over the Memorial Day weekend.

It's the show where you can buy, sell or trade pretty much anything.  You're invited every Saturday from 9-noon.  You can call in or you can just listen.  As always your participation is appreciated.

THE BIG QUESTION

We ask all our callers a poll question before they give their items.  This week we went with a grilling theme.  In the past we have asked your preference between hot dogs or hamburgers.  So we decided to get your opinion on sausages.

Brats have gotten very popular over the last ten years.  But the Trade-A-Thon crowd definitely leans toward hot dogs.

RULE #6

Along with the regular rules of the program I always bring you a special Rule #6.  It is usually inspired by something that has happened to me over the last week.  This week with all the rain, I got to thinking it was a good time to discuss wet weather driving.  Folks might be out of practice.  I stole a page from TxDot for this week's special rule.

Rule #6: Turn around, don't drown.
