The Erwin Pawn Trade-A-Thon Doesn’t Entertain Door-To-Door Solicitors

We had another fun and caller packed edition of The Erwin Pawn Trade-A-Thon last Saturday.

It's the show that turns the airwaves over to the audience allowing you to buy, sell and trade.  It's want ads on the radio and its free to participate.  All you have to do is call or you can just sit back and listen.  You're sure to find something you want or need.

THE BIG QUESTION

We ask all our callers a poll question before they give their items.  Perhaps you've heard about the latest door-to-door scam making the rounds in Amarillo.  It got us to wondering if you gave door-to-door salesmen any attention at all.

Obviously if you are selling door-to-door you'll want to avoid the Trade-A-Thon audience.

RULE #6

Along with the regular rules of the program I always bring you a special Rule #6 that changes every week.  This week it was inspired by the door-to-door scam.

Rule #6: Always ask for the blue, full page solicitors permit when dealing with door-to-door salesmen.
