Staying Hydrated With The Erwin Pawn Trade-A-Thon

THE BIG QUESTION

Each week we ask all our callers a poll question before they give their items.  Sometimes it's topical and other times it's something entirely different.  That was the case this week.

"Million Dollar Quartet" is coming to Amarillo on January 28th.  It's the story and recreation of a show performed one night featuring Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Elvis.  We were fortunate enough to score a pair of tickets to the show and decided to pass them along to you.  Our big question this week as whether you wanted the tickets or not.

RULE #6

Along with the regular rules of the program I always bring you a special rule #6.  It is sometimes inspired by something that happened to me over the previous week and other times I have to dig a little deeper.

This week, I dug.  I woke up Saturday morning not feeling my best.  When I wake up bad I always hear my high school science teacher and his advice for starting off a good day.

His advice was to begin every day with a tall glass of water.  You get dehydrated during your slumber and your body needs a healthy dose of hydration to start the day.  I always find this to be great advice when I get up not feeling completely rested.

Rule #6: Start each day off with a tall glass of water.
