Police Pepper Spray Students At Occupy Protest At US Davis

This video is quite disturbing, as it does not show what (if anything) prompted this pepper spray incident. The Occupy Wall Street (and other protests) have been getting increasingly violent with reports or rape and abuse in the camps themselves.

The protests are taking root all over the country. Some feel the protests have been launched or at least spurred by the liberal movement to take focus off of the administration. Others feel that large corporations are to blame for all the countries economic issues.

Is this taking things too far or were these police justified in using pepper spray on these protesting students?
