Mark Levin: Romney Should Attack Rev. Wright

Mark Levin tends to get upset.  Hot under the collar, sarcastic, spittle spewing mad.  It’s one of the reasons The 940 KIXZ loves him and his show.

Mitt Romney wants to be president.  But he doesn’t want to be president so bad that he will target what is widely regarded as one of Obama’s primary weaknesses; his association to Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

Romney recently repudiated a Super PAC’s plan to attack Obama and Wright.  Levin thinks this is a mistake.

“Why would you take any issue off the table, particularly issues that give us a look into this man’s character?” Levin said. “And Rev. Wright helps us do that, among other things. I mean, I can’t believe — this would be the same Mitt Romney who spent tens of millions of dollars trashing his opponents in the Republican primary, trashing Newt Gingrich in Florida and elsewhere, trashing Rick Santorum wherever he could get to him — just viciously smearing these guys.”
