Houston Man Sues After Being Tased Repeatedly In The Workplace
A Houston man is now filing lawsuit against his former employee and two co-workers after being tortured with a taser for months in the workplace. He says he was tased while working over 2 dozen times.
Bradley Jones, 45, worked at Fred Fincher motors and had worked there for quite some time. Over the past nine months his co-workers began harassing him using a taser. While working, they would creep up on him and hit him with a handheld taser when he was least expecting it.
He got to the point where he was constantly looking over his shoulder and even reported that he was always checking behind him even when he was alone. He states that the owner, Sam Harless, video taped the incidents and posted them to facebook.
Harless is the husband of State Rep. Patricia Harless. He maintains that the lawsuit if frivolous and will be thrown out.
