Firefighter Invents Device to Keep Attackers Out of the Classroom

It is sad that we live in a society where we have to worry if someone will go on a rampage in our schools.  Unfortunately, that is the reality of the world we live in today.  However, people are working on new things everyday to keep our kids safe.  A firefighter and SWAT medic in Licking County, Ohio, Troy Lowe has invented a product that will barricade a door and keep an gunman/attacker out of a class room.

I sincerely hope that schools never have to use these devices, but it is nice to know that people are out there trying to create things to keep our children safe.
