Early Voting In Runoff Election Begins

Early voting in the May 27th Primary Runoff Election began yesterday.

There are no local races.  The biggest runoff is the Lieutenant Governor race between Republicans David Dewhurst and Dan Patrick.  Dan Branch and Ken Paxton, both Republicans are facing off for Attorney General.  Also up for Commissioner of Agriculture are Republicans Tommy Merritt and Sid Miller with Richard "Kinky" Friedman and Jim Hogan representing the Democrats.  There is also a runoff for Railroad Commissioner between Republicans Ryan Sitton and Wayne Christian.  For US Senator it's David M. Alameel and Kesha Rogers.

Early voting ends May 23rd.
