Tuesday was a busy day for the APD.  They arrested two different people in two different assaults in the city.

The first complaint happened in the 1800 block of north Mirror around 11am.  A woman told police that a man point a gun at here and threatened her.  The police believe the assailant was looking for the woman’s son, who was not home during the incident.  The suspect drove away.

While officers were investigating that call they got another one of shots fired at a house at the 1400 block of north Highland.  When police arrived they found a man and an infant at the home.  Officers found two .22 cartridges in the street and a spent bullet in the living room.

Investigating officers located the suspect’s vehicle around 1pm in the 700 block of north Roberts.  Both men in the vehicle were determined to have been involved and were booked into the Potter County Detention Center.
