Westgate Mall Bomb Threat Reveals No Bombs Or Suspicious Items

Yesterday morning a bomb threat was called in to Westgate Mall.

The threat was made against Forever 21, a store in the mall.  The call came in shortly after 11am.  The mall was evacuated.

After a search of the building, Amarillo Police pronounced the building all clear and safe.

The mall reopened for shoppers around 12:15pm.
