TxDot Planning Changes To Ramps At I-40 & Soncy, Coulter

The Texas Department of Transportation has plans to make changes to on and off ramps on I-40.

The plan is to reverse the on and off ramps at Coulter and Soncy.  Many cities make this change to ramps when they suffer from chronic congestion.

TxDot is also looking at changing the exit from I-40 eastbound onto the Canyon E-way at the interchange.

TxDot is currently accepting public input on the changes and have not announced any construction dates.
