Three have been charged in the January murder of Zachary Cooper.

Court dates for Erika Bautista Hudson, James Propsom, and Michael Moore have not been set. All three remain in the Potter County Jail. Their bonds are set at $1,000,000 apiece.

The body was discovered in his car on the night of January 6th dead from a gunshot would to the chest.  Police believe the victim and Michael Moore drove to a nearby Wal-Mart and Moore went inside.  While Moore was in the store another man, James Propsom approached the car and talk to Cooper.  Police believe Cooper was killed after the three drove to McDonald's.

Surveillance footage showed the two suspects leaving Cooper's car and entering another allegedly driven by Hudson.

The three suspects were arrested within a week of Coopers body was discovered.
