This is a cat.  Cats are cruel.  We talked about that and more this last Saturday on The Erwin Pawn Tradio Show.

It's the show where you can buy and sell just about anything, either in good or poor taste.  We aren't terribly proud.  Hopefully you had success with your items on the show.

THE BIG QUESTION

We ask all our callers a poll questions before they give their items.  I noticed earlier in the week PETA was protesting cruelty to animals downtown.  Now while I agree that humans can be cruel to animals, I also believe animals can be cruel to humans.

Take the humble house cat.  Has there ever been a more heartless and unforgiving animal?  You feed them, shower them with love, get them their shots and most often you are left looking at their posterior while they walk away.

And Bears can be pretty cruel.  At least we slaughter our meat before we eat it, bears just eat you live while you are telling it jokes hoping to making it laugh and go away.

Not to mention the cruelty of Canada Geese dropping their best on some of the more scenic areas of the city.

Therefore I had to know, which is more cruel.

Who is more cruel, humans or animals?

Humans 30

Animals 11

Admittedly this was a tongue-in-cheek question and obviously most people didn't want to play around.

RULE #6

Along with the various rules of conduct for the show I always bring you a special Rule #6.  This week I'm talking Girl Scout cookies.  You know, the shelf life of those things rival Twinkies.  I'm saying go buy a couple dozen cases and sell them in April, long after the Girls Scouts run out and at a significant markup.

Rule #6: Buy low, sell high.

See you next Saturday for another Erwin Pawn Tradio Show!
