Tascosa Wins Rivalry Game Against Amarillo High and Other Week Three Scores

Hell Week is officially over and the Tascosa Rebels are the reigning champions.

Last week, we took a poll to see which team the people of Amarillo thought would win the big rivalry game between Amarillo High and Tascosa. Over 65% of the people who voted thought Tascosa would win and they were right.

The Rebels beat the Sandies 23-21. Tascosa has lost to Amarillo High six years in a row, but their last-minute touchdown allowed them to end the losing streak.

Caprock beat Lubbock Estacado 27-20 on Thursday night. The Randall Raiders lost 28-7 against Lubbock Monterey.

On Friday night, Palo Duro lost their game against Wichita Falls Rider. The final score was 41-28.

This week, we've got Tascosa vs. Lawton Macarthur and Randall vs. Lubbock Coronado on Thursday night. Then, Canyon takes on Big Spring and Bushland plays Palo Duro on Friday.
