Two of the suicide bombers in Tuesday's attacks in Brussels have been identified. A third remains on the run, with authorities hunting for him.

So, it seems that there are four men who helped with the 9/11 attacks that are still out there. Apparently, the government is unable to prosecute these men due to lack of evidence. Well, there are other ways to handle these things besides in a court of law in the US.
