WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal appeals court has upheld the Environmental Protection Agency's emission standards for hazardous air pollutants from coal- and oil-fired power plants.
The federal court in Amarillo has made a decision on the disposition of JetBlue pilot Clayton Osbon. He was the pilot that had the inflight episode that resulted in his flight being diverted to Rick Husband International Airport.
