Suspect In Sunday Evening Amarillo Armed Robbery Is A Woman

A Sunday evening armed robbery has Amarillo Police on the lookout for a woman who is the primary suspect.

Officers were called to the 1800 block of Amarillo Boulevard just after 9pm last night.  The victim is an employee with the Los Paisanos Buss Line.

The employee said a woman approached to counter for passenger pickup when the woman pulled a gun a demanded money.  The employee handed over an undisclosed amount of cash and the assailant then fled the establishment on foot running down the alley.

The suspect is a white woman 5"4' and was wearing a black scarf over her face, a grey jacket with a hood and black leggings.
