Controversy reined at this year's World Scrabble Championships.  All over a missing "g".

The tournament being held in Warsaw was rocked by scandal when a "g" went missing.

One of the contestants demanded the other be stripped searched, believing the missing tile was taken by the other.

The demand went unheeded and the accused player went on to win the match by a single point.

The tournament was eventually won by Nigel Richards.  He took home the $20,000 first prize.
