Amarillo police recovered stolen property from at least nine auto burglaries on Saturday while investigating the theft of an iPad.

Saturday police responded to a report of an auto burglary around 8am.  A victim in the 3300 block of Burruss Place told police among the items stolen was an iPad which had the "Find My Phone" app installed.

Using the app the victim and authorities were able to determine the stolen iPad was inside a residence in the 4200 block of South Bonham.  Police went to the residence and found three suspects inside.

Also inside the home the authorities found items reported stolen in recent auto burglaries around Amarillo.  Items included laptops, purses, credit/debit cards, a drone, and more.  Several items of drug paraphernalia were also found.

Taken into custody were 25-year-old Mattie Eastland, 27-year-old Matthew Gonzalez, and 36-year-old Jesse David Carillo.
