Several Amarillo Areas Under Boil Notice For Water

After a water main was repaired, residents in several Amarillo areas are being advised to boil their water until at least Thursday.

Even though the repairs are complete the boil notice is still in effect until testing can be done on Thursday.  If you are in the affected areas you are advised to boil your water to a rolling boil for at least two minutes or to use alternate sources of water, like bottled.

The Boil Water Notice remains in effect for the following areas.

9500 - 9700 blocks of Crystal Avenue

8500 - 15300 blocks of Amarillo Boulevard East

1100-1300 blocks of Folsom Road

10001-10200 block of Triangle Drive

1800 - 2000 blocks of English Road
