Prices For Gas In Amarillo Drop Again

Amarillo is shaping up as pretty good place to purchase gas.

Prices at the pump fell 5.7 cents per gallon in Amarillo compared to the previous week.  A gallon of gas in Amarillo is now averaging $1.86 per gallon.

Nationally the average for a gallon of gas is $2.22 and is an increase of around 1.7 cents

In Amarillo gas prices are on average 60.1 cents per gallon lower than this time last year but up 1.4 cents over per gallon higher than last month.
