Owners Of Retirement Communities The Craig & The Canyons Files For Chapter 11

The owner's of The Craig and The Canyons retirement communities has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Sears Methodist Systems Incorporated has said in court documents the company has more than $100 million in liabilities.

They operate 11 nursing homes in eight Texas cities.
