The Alabama federal court of appeals ruled on the provision in Obama's Healthcare law requiring citizens to buy healthcare to be unconstitutional. With other state appeals courts finding it completely unconstitutional and others in Cincinnati upholding the new healthcare law, it will now fall into the lap of the supreme court.

The panel of judges ruled that Congress had overstepped it constitutional authority by forcing people to purchase health insurance or face penalties. Another judge in Florida ruled completely against it and other components of the law that discount Medicare for some seniors and the allowance of children to remain on their parents plan until they are 26.

It is no doubt going to be a fierce debate and democrats will do their best to make this the new Health Care Law of The Land. But ultimately, it is up to the Supreme Court. Sadly the Supreme Court has ruled on cases that have much of the country frustrated and angry.
