Four-Vehicle Accident Claims Life Of Truck Driver Near Bushland On Friday

Friday evening a traffic accident on I-40 resulted in the death of a semi truck driver.

A 2010 Volvo and a 2013 refrigerated semi truck were traveling east on i-40 in the right hand lane.  They were being followed by two other refrigerated trucks.  One of the semi truck hit another from behind causing all four vehicles to lock both eastbound lanes of i-40.

One of the semis caught fire and the fire spread to the other vehicles.  A driver of one of the semis, 64-year-old Joginder Dhillon from Fresno, California was pronounced dead at the scene.
