Erwin Pawn Tradio Didn’t Make It To The Block Party; We Had To Clean Our Deep Fryer

It was another bombastic Erwin Pawn Tradio Show last Saturday.  Our primary goal is bringing buyers and sellers together but we do find time bring you a side of humor.  Hopefully you appreciate all the jokes.  I know some of you don't.

THE BIG QUESTION

Our weekly poll question got some folks pretty upset.  With The Center Street Block Polk Party on Saturday I wanted to know how many of our audience was going.  I expected more would be missing it than attending but I was surprised how lopsided the voting went.

I didn't count the woman who was our last call.  She was not happy with me and all the bashing of The Center City Block Party.  For the record, I wholeheartedly support the event.  I've never gone; just not my scene.  But I do believe it is a great event for the city.  If you were offended by all the jokes we do apologize and hope you remember not to take offense.  I'm not taking myself too seriously, you shouldn't either.

RULE #6

We've got standard rules of the show and I bring you a special Rule #6 that changes every week.  It is usually inspired by something that happened to me since the last EPTS.

Last Monday night my brother was in town.  He requested my world famous Chicken Fried Steak.  As I was getting ready to fire up the fryer I realized I forgot to clean it out after we used it last.  That was some time ago.  This little faux pas cost me over thrity minutes to get it into a working condition and thus delayed dinner.

Rule #6: Clean the fryer after each use.
