Drunk Driver Takes Out Power But Is Too Drunk For Jail

Police in Salem, OR had their hands full when a drunk driver took out the power to over 2,000 customers this weekend.

The driver hit a parked car which hit a power pole which hit a tree.  The tree hit another parked car.   In the house that Jack built.

After a breathalyzer showed the driver to be more than three times the legal limit, police decided he was too drunk for jail and sent him to the hospital.
