Every fall we go through another daylight saving time.  It usually occurs during October, but this year it is going to be a little later than usual.

In the spring, we move our clocks forward to take advantage of the extra sunlight.  In the fall, the days start getting shorter, with fewer hours of sunlight.  So we 'fall back' or change our clocks back an hour.

This usually occurs sometime in October, but this year it is going to be a little later than usual.  Daylight Saving Time will happen on November 1, 2015.  We are asked to move our clocks back at 2 am, but I usually do it before I go to bed so that I won't have to worry about being late or early for anything.

Not everyone observes DLST.  Do you think it is a good idea or should we just do away with it?
