Detroit Police are cracking down on novelty items used to smoke drugs sold in Dollar Stores and gas stations.

I haven't seen any of these in the area but it doesn't mean they aren't around.

Pipe manufactures have always been crafty about disguising the true purpose of their product.

Ink pins and small vases seem to be popular in Detroit.
