Buffaloes, Lady Buffs Head to NCAA D-II Tournaments

Game times have been announced for the NCAA men’s and women’s South Central Regional Tournaments.

The WT men’s team is hosting the event at the First United Bank Center in Canyon and is the no. 1 seed in the eight team field.  The Buffaloes will play their first game on Saturday at 6 p.m. against the 8^th seed Colorado Mines. If they win, the Buffs would then play on Sunday night at 7:30. The championship game is set for Tuesday night at 7 p.m.

The Lady Buffs will be playing in the South Central Regional in Lubbock at the home of top seed Lubbock Christian University. The 2^nd seed WT will meet 7^th seed Arkansas Fort Smith on Friday afternoon at 2:30 P.M. With a win, the Lady Buffs would play on Saturday at 5 p.m., with the championship game scheduled for Monday at 7 p.m.
