Memorial Day is a day set aside to remember our veterans. It's also a time where people gather with family for cookouts, or visit the burial place of their loved ones.

The Texas Air and Space Museum has an entire weekend of festivities planned. Plus they will be hosting the historic Maid In The Shade B-25J WWII bomber.

On Saturday the 25th, they will be having a "Maid In The Shade Party." There will hors d'oeuvre, and a beer and wine cash bar. The party will be from 6pm - 9pm.

There will also be a Memorial Day BBQ & Ball on Memorial Day at the museum. Ed Montana will be entertaining with Western Swing. Cost is $25 a person.

My buddy Jordan and I went back today for our second trip, and we actually got to see photos of the new property that the museum is wanting to get moved on to. They have several buildings and a nice size piece of land that will be getting tons of traffic.
