Amarillo Man Sentenced To 35 Years In Aggravated Robbery Plea Deal

A Texas Panhandle man has been sentenced to 35 years in prison after a plea deal announced yesterday.

30-year-ol Dillon Steele was given the 35 year prison term after pleading gulty to an aggravated robber charge.

An Amarillo man called police in August of last year after he was robbed in a parking lot.  Responding officers encountered Steele and believed he pointed a gun at them which led to their firing on the suspect.  They later needed a stun gun to arrest the suspect.
