Last night around 6:30pm Amarillo police responded to a report of a man with a gun.

The report said the man was in the area of 2400 South Georgia.  After learning further information on the man they found him getting into a vehicle parked at Herring National Bank.  41-year-old David Lynn Perry was taken into custody.
