Xcel Energy Looking To Squeeze More Blood From Your Turnip With ‘Small’ Surcharge

Xcel Energy has submitted for a new surcharge that soon could be affecting your electric bill.

I really feel like Xcel is sticking it to me enough already.  This has been an unusually tough summer in regards to keeping the lights on.

And now they want more.

I've read the story on the surcharge and in all honesty, I can't make heads or tails of what they are wanting, other than more money.
