Waiter Serves Toddler Alcohol Instead of Apple Juice [VIDEO]

My Fox Detroit

The parents of a 15-month-old baby were a little confused when their child began talking to the walls at a Michigan Applebee’s over the weekend.

After further inspection, they discovered their child’s innocent-looking sippy cup had been filled with a margarita instead of the apple juice they ordered.

Though most of us wouldn’t mind having our boring fruit juice swapped with something more exciting, that clearly isn’t the case when you’re 20 years under the drinking limit.

The tipsy toddler had a BAC of .10, which is over the legal drinking limit. Fortunately, everyone came out of the situation physically unharmed, including the waiter who messed up the order.
