Even though we got a touch of rain the other evening it's still pretty dry.  It almost seems like repeating yourself every time you say it.  And the USDA agrees.

We're currently in the third worst drought on record. The USDA has designated 213 counties as drought disasters and farmers and livestock producers can now qualify for much needed financial aid.

Not only has the drought taken away our fireworks but it is stripping the land of cotton and cattle.

Loses could top 2006 records of $4.1 billion.
