RULE #6
Along with the regular rules of the program I always bring you a special rule #6 that changes every week. I made the mistake of staying up way to late Friday night and that led to a pretty tired sounding me on the show. It also inspired the rule for this week.
Rule #6: To start a good day get plenty of sleep.
