Terror Suspect’s Trial Moved To Amarillo; Former Texas Tech Student’s Court Date Set For June 21st

Amarillo just saw a high profile court case moved to Lubbock. I didn’t know there are trades in the legal system but in return we get to host Lubbock’s terrorist trial of the Texas Tech student accused of attempting to have large quantities of a suspicious chemical shipped to his address.
Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari will now have his day in court on June 21st after U.S. District Judge Donald E. Walter ordered the venue change and continued the trial.
Authorities also found emails and journal entries in which he mentioned planning attacks, according to the FBI investigation.
