Tennessee Man Arrested For Walking To Pick Up His Children At School [VIDEO]

This video is insane. I have a daughter and I would think I could walk to pick her up if I wanted to. As a matter of fact, I know I can. That is not the case in this video.

A man shows up on foot to get his children from school and ends up getting arrested. How is this even possible. You can see the guy is huge, but is completely calm and cooperative. What do they expect from this guy, to stand in line with the cars to pick up his kids? I'm totally shocked that this happened and wonder what justification they sheriff's department has for arresting him.

I'm a believer in punishment when a crime is committed, but am I the only one who does not see any crime in this video?
