Since the recent school shooting in Florida, terroristic threats and mentions of threats on social media are being taken very seriously.  Several area teenagers have been arrested for making terroristic threats against their high schools.

Hereford police arrested, a 15-year old girl.  She allegedly made a threat on Snapchat.  Snapchat contacted the FBI after seeing a post that claimed the girl was planning a shooting at the High School.  The girl was found and arrested at her home, not at the school.  The girl was transported to the Youth Center of the High Plains after being arrested.

On Tuesday, February 20th, a former Floydada High School Student was arrested after alledgedly threatening to shoot up the high school.  Noah Sarabia was arrested and charged with terroristic threat.  The Floydada High School staff made the local police department aware of the threats.

According to the Floydada Police Department, 18-year-old Noah Sarabia was arrested and charged with terroristic threat after threatening to shoot up the high school.  He was taken to the Lubbock County Jail.

On Friday, a student was arrested in Dumas. According to the Moore County Journal, 17-year old Robert Huff was arrested  and charged with making terroristic threats.
